I spent a good ten years on and off the road. Most recently, singing my own songs with an electric guitar, kick drum and keyboard, through an Ableton looping setup.
I toured for several years with NewVillager, an experimental Art Pop project founded with my long-time friend and collaborator Ross Simonini. We toured the U.S. & Europe with our band, and designed a series of immersive events, mostly at art galleries in SF, LA and NYC where we performed inside of environments we constructed in collaboration with other artists and friends.Before that, I did a lot of touring variously playing keyboards, bass, guitar, sample pads, drums and building live shows, as a touring member of Santigold, Phosphorescent, the Pierces, Fischerspooner, & the Winter Pageant (Byron Westbrook).
